Presentation of ESIEA

Ever since its creation in 1958, ESIEA has been training leading engineers in the field of computer and digital sciences, with the aim of finding those who can make relevant and responsible uses of technology to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.

This mission is what defines ESIEA: both the Master in Engineering, from the preparatory curriculum to the engineering curriculum, and our specialized degrees, make a point of providing teaching that is rooted in practical applications. Accordingly, the school offers courses that include a significant practical component, to make graduates immediately operational.

Educational or personal projects throughout the year, access to our three laboratories and the Open Lab, privileged contact with our 9,000 graduates and our network of more than 500 partner companies, internships, work-study programs, dual degrees, courses in English… Our future engineers have access to all these opportunities, enabling them to develop and make the most of their technical and professional skills while developing their human potential.

The school offers 5 Majors in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Software Engineering, Virtual Reality & Immersive Systems and Embedded & Autonomous Systems.

As a partner of the SKEMA Business School and many other schools in Paris, France and abroad, ESIEA also offers students the possibility of acquiring a dual degree and opens doors to a multitude of exchanges around the world. Recognized by the French government, accredited by the Commission des titres d’ingénieur (CTI) and a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, ESIEA is present on two campuses in France: Paris/Ivry-sur-Seine and Laval.

As capitals of science, digital and virtual technology, these cities offer a stimulating environment for students and plenty of professional opportunities.

The ESIEA Master in Engineering

ESIEA Preparatory Curriculum

ESIEA’s two-year integrated preparatory cycle equips all students with an extensive and solid knowledge and skills base thanks to teaching grounded both in theory and in practice.

ESIEA Engineering Curriculum

Over this three-year course, future engineers deepen their practical knowledge of technology, define their future specialization by choosing a Major and finalize their course with an end-of-studies internship.

Why choose the ESIEA Master in Engineering ?

An Engineering Degree recognized by the State

ESIEA is authorized by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI), a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) and is recognized by the ANSSI (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information) through the SecNumedu label certifying its Master in Engineering. The School is therefore a benchmark in engineer training..

Its teaching methods, which focus on practice, professionalization, diversity and the human element, make it the school of choice for those who wish to become tomorrow’s leaders in a digital world with a purpose.

The Dual Degree in Engineering

Openness to the world is one of the pillars of ESIEA’s training.

To offer students the opportunity to broaden their horizons as well as their skills, the school allows them, in addition to the Master in Engineering, to opt for a second degree from prestigious establishments in France and abroad.

An international outlook

Partnering with more than 60 universities around the world, the school also promotes academic mobility throughout the curriculum through several programs: Erasmus +, international semesters, internships and dual degrees.
